Synthesis and optical properties of innovative degradable black pepper composite material

Abstract Widely used as a medicinal plant in Ayurveda black pepper is also main content of spices. Easily available such kind herb studied the first time luminescence point view. In this paper, we have characteristics samples and check their properties for LED applications which are synthesized four parts 1) Pure powder 2) Black Pepper Solution by ethanol 3) Europium (Eu) doped solution 4) thin film. The were characterized Photoluminescence (PL) techniques. PL all showed interesting results. emission at 471nm under 421nm excitation wavelength. shows an band around 430nm 397nm excitation. two peaks 516nm 658nm 440nm Thin-film pure 454nm 390nm CIE Chromaticity Coordinates other color co-ordinates near blue white region visible spectrum. These chromaticity demonstrate high spectral characterization developed materials purity excellent co-ordinates. entire photoluminescence results indicated that promising potential applications.
